I stayed at this hotel two separate nights because it was closed to the airport. The rooms by the pool are a little beat up and shabby but if they ask for another room it's much nicer. I was on the 9th floor. They have a free shuttle service but you have to coordinate it cuz it only comes every 2 hours. They allowed me to take a breakfast before 6:00 a.m. I felt the staff went out of their way but it wasn't without a struggle. I had to email a few times to make sure I could get a ride to the airport. All in all I would recommend it, especially if you have an early flight in the morning or a late flight coming in

Spacious clean room, comfortable queen bed with lovely pillows and clean white linen and towels. Useful tea and coffee facilities and refrigerator. Hot water shower with complimentary toiletries. Various English TV channels and good WiFi. Great breakfast buffet and restaurant menu is reasonably priced and well cooked. Hotel was so good that I decided to change my onward travel plans and stay to enjoy the facilities

Best hotel pick if you have an early flight out of Kualanamu airport. Save yourself the worry of traveling 40 mins - 1 hour from Medan city (especially if bad traffic conditions). The hotel does a free shuttle pick up/drop-off to the airport as well (about 10 mins away) so that's an added convenience. They were also kind enough to give us a free room upgrade even though we were only staying a night - great customer service right there. All in all a great pick it you find yourself in Medan for a night or two

I stayed here for one night prior to a very early morning flight. Location is just perfect for Medan airport which is about a 10 minute drive away. I was also very impressed with the room which was large clean and comfortable and had everything needed. I also hadn't realised when booking there was a swimming pool which was a nice surprise and very refreshing after my 4 hour drive on some pretty shocking roads from Bukit Lawang. Staff were also all very nice and welcoming. Would I stay again absolutely.

We loved everything. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms. Their staff behavior is also excellent. The food was very good . The hotel was near to the airport. Free shuttle to the airport was also provided. We go to the airport outside of the provided time also available but it will be charged and it's not expensive. Overall, we were very satisfied and highly recommend D'Prima Hotel. I will definitely stay here again in the future 😇
